what was the precedent set by Roe v. Wade?
ok so im making a research project of the Supreme Court case where I want know what was the precedent set by the case, which means the result of this case which did EXCACLTY fgoverment have to follow! I an idea of what it is, but I want to know what it is excaclty! please help!
Just Roe v. Wade (1973) overturned all state and federal restrictions on abortion until a fetus becomes viable. Viable is defined as being able to survive outside of the uterus.
