Backed Vinyl

I find it hard to remove silicone vinyl from our back porch?

3 years ago bands inbetween the vinyl on our porch became coward. (This is a condo) the builder removed the tapes and filled the cracks with silicone. In the process, he smeared the silicone on the vinyl and dirt now taken on that and I have black streaks on white vinyl. I tried vinyl cleaner - gasoline and mineral Goo Gone - Some come with lots and lots of elbow grease, but at this rate it will take one year. Does anyone know of any solvent or cleaner that I can use Thank you.

Go to Lowe's or somewhere like that and tell them what you've used and ask what they recommend. Search on a tube Silicone and see what it says to use for the abduction. Good luck!
