Destructive than 2 years using year!?

My daughter Holly was two years into a tornado. She gets into everything! We have child proof locks on all our cabinets, doors, our fridge, even the windows, but it is not good. Not a day does happens when she has not smeared Desitin on my couch, nail polish on the carpet, even the barbecue sauce on my walls! I have tried timeouts smaking his hand and even spanking, but nothing helped. She breaks toys, books tears and ruin the little decent my husband and I have saved and recorded in the means. I need help! She used to be the sweetest sweet child I have ever known. What's happening?

The milestone of two years! Just make sure everything is out of reach. Empty the drawers, it can come in and put in place. Two years is when you can start downtime. It ends up being a downtime for you, but they should learn. Hitting is only going to teach sound of hitting others so I would not use this form of punishment. Establish a place for dead time and sit there for 2 minutes (one minute for each year she is old) is something you just have to keep it seems not work now, but in the end everything will work itself out.
