anybody know any recipes for deer chicken hamburger steak porkchop fish

When I cook venison, I usually use regular beef recipes. The last one I used was very good.

Spread Dijon mustard and sprinkle grill seasonings on one side of the meat. Place that side down on the grill. Then do the same to the other side of the meat. Grill for five minutes on each side.

The fish recipe I use is very good: 2 cups of corn meal, 1/2 cup of flour, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper. Deep fry until the fish floats in the oil.

Pork chops: coat each side with seasoned salt and pepper. Brown the chops. Add cream of mushroom soup to make a gravy.
