Quarts chicken leg meal?
Does anyone have a good recipe for chicken thighs (my package comes with 2)? I prefer some Perhaps something in the oven with rice? Or something spicy. Anyway for dinner Friday night, a pot is always better! Thank you!
Preheat oven to 350 in the flat glass - best for cleaning - spray a little Pam put 1 cup of rice in one layer - you can add anything you like here - spices, vegetables, etc. 1 can mushroom or cream of chicken and enough water to make 2 cups liquid. Pour over rice layer. Ask neighborhoods chicken and season with garlic salt and pepper a little lemon or lime. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes (make sure rice is not crunchy) Uncover and cook until the chicken is golden
