Can you put a logo parent advisory on the cover of a comic book?

Hello I'm in the final phase of creating a comic book that I try to have sold in independent retail stores and wonder, Can you put a Parental Advisory logo (the music albums) on the cover of a comic book ?????? as I really want to be part of the front cover design. Can you put a logo on the Parent Advisory page cover of a comic book ??????

You can put tiny logo in the top right of book I do have a better idea about it I suggest you seek advice logoonlinepros for more info on this,
