How to smoke ribs on a gas grill?

I like smoked ribs, but not enough money for a smoking. Can anyone give me specific instructions on how I can smoke ribs with flavor on a gas grill? What kind of chips? How do I to a smoker that will last all the time? What kind of barbecue sauce should I use? How long do I cook the ribs? What temp should I cook the ribs? Thank you in advance for your help.

Also, you do not have to be there every second. With ribs, I check four or five times during a session unless the weather is a bit strange (like rain or cold). Grilled Ribs It is possible to make good ribs on the grill, but it takes some planning and work. The key is to get the heat and cook the ribs a long period. Expect 3-4 hours for ribs really delicious. Ribs have cartilage which is difficult, but the cooks at the output of super tender meat but only a slow and long cooking approach. If you bend the ribs, and they do not bend easily, so you do not cook them long enough.
