Statement. You start a portable catering business. One of your specialties in a barbecue sandwich plate that costs 85 cents to prepare. Suppose you cater an auction where you sell each sandwich plate for $2.00

My Problem. Now the reason I couldn't solve this is because I was questioning in the input area of my table to I put two numbers, or what?

cost = 0.85
Profit = sale price - cost
Profit = 2.00-0.85 = 1.15/sandwich plate
Using Tp for total profit and n for the number of plates sold, your equation would be
Tp = 1.15n
So now for your input table, you need to show it for a couple of numbers
n | Tp
1 | 1.15
2 | 2.30
10 | 11.50
100 | 115.00
You can put any number in for n and then put the result in the Tp side.
