Smoking Chips

Will smoking weed make my skin look unhealthy or bumpy and dry?

I wake up before work and get a Double Gulp of Sprite, and junk food (chips and a burrito) before work everyday. I then get home and smoke weed but do eat very healthy once I am home. Why is the skin on my face looking like I've been on harder drugs lately? I'm only 21 years old. Would a lotion or something fix my face, why all of a sudden is this happening (past 3 weeks)?

well weed has never been linked to skin problems

but an unhealthy diet has, so i would try eating better foods if i were you.

of course there are products that would help, available at the drug store, someone there could probably help you find the best thing, don't mention anything to do with drugs obviously.
