pros and cons on cooking with Teflon, stainless steel, or aluminum?
would like to get some opinions on this.
Teflon is highly toxic and falls off the pan after awhile, especially if soaked in water. Aluminum use accumulates in the body, making the body highly toxic, which is hard on the liver.
But stainless steel is safe, non toxic and extremely durable and all around great for almost anything. Sure it isn't non-stick, but a little olive oil will solve that problem and is a good fat for you.
