couldnt the gov. resolve all national debt buy using existing laws and start selling marijuana tax stamps?

I personally think if the gov. were to sell the marijuana tax stamp to people who wished to grow there own, they would make billions. the laws are on the books already its just a matter of taking advantage of it. in these hard times a coming pot heads are the very least of our concerns. of course the feds already steel billions from tax payers in there phony "war on drugs" If it was a war on drugs we would have won it by now. its a straw into you wallet and the gov. is sucking it dry. sorta like the war on terror, neither "war" is meant to be won, only sustained as an excuse to steel your and my money! that said we can actually do both and get rid of the national debt at the same time.

A couple of months ago CBS reported that marijuana is the largest cash crop in the land. It would also take it out of the hands of criminals. If it is not profitable there would be no reason would want to mess with it.
