Retro Yellow
How to decorate a bright yellow room?
I painted my room bright yellow and it came up brighter than I expected. How can I decorate it to make it look less kid-ish but not too serious? The look I was going for was retro & vintage but very fun.
Use contrasting colors. If you're looking for retro and vintage go with black and white. Such as sheets that are that color and a lamp and ect. As long as you know when to stop with the black, your room wont look dark and gothy. Try lightening it up with some huge polka dots or circles or funk designs. The picture i had in my head was this. Notice every detail of this picture. Hope this helps
